Heads up! This class has already started.

Explore yoga for the first time, or expand your ongoing practice in a safe, supportive, community environment. Each session includes opportunities to stretch, strengthen, breath deeply and of course relax! Options are given for all levels of strength and flexibility.

Please bring your own mat, strap and water bottle.

This session is 5 weeks.

Minimum: 6 participants
Maximum: 8 participants

COVID-19 PROTOCOL

  • All plans and schedules are subject to change according to guidelines set forth by the state, county or school district.
  • Masks/face coverings must be worn during the entire class.
  • Under no circumstance should a participant attend if their temperature is above 100 degrees fahrenheit, exhibit other COVID-19 symptoms or if they have been exposed to any person who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
