Ottawa Hills Field Hockey summer camp is a great opportunity to introduce the sport of field hockey to your young athletes. Participants will have fun with lots of small drills and contests.

We will focus and review the fundamentals of the sport starting with - how to hold a stick, proper body positioning, moving the ball with dribbling, push passing, drives, and sweeps.

Also included will be understanding field positions, defensive moves including tackles and jabs, small game-play, and more!

Players must have their own water bottle, shin guards and mouthguard. Bring a stick if you have one, a few extras will also be available.

Camp will run from 12:00-2:00 Jun 10-12 and 12:00-1:00 on Jun 12.

From mastering the fundamentals, to small-group training on offensive, defensive and team strategy, youth campers in grades 5-8 will leave our lacrosse camps more confident and prepared to take on the next step and season in the sport of lacrosse.

This camp will provide players of all positions and ability levels the opportunity to improve and refine every facet of their game in a positive, progressive, fun and challenging environment. If there are enough campers, a full- game, age appropriate scrimmage will wrap up the camp on Thursday.

Participants should bring their own stick, helmet and pads if available. Limited equipment will be on hand for those without.

Youth softball camp for rising grades 3-8. Players will be broken up based on grade and ability. Focus of the camp will be hitting, fielding and base running. Instructors have HS and travel coaching experience, as well as college playing experience . Jr instructors will also be on hand to help with the training.

As an added bonus, interested participants may attend a free Pitching & Catching Clinic immediately following the camp from 7:00-8:00.

Participants will receive a camp t-shirt if registered by May 23.

Technical work mixed with fun drills and games will combine for a great soccer camp! The emphasis of the camp is on acquiring sound technical and tactical skills while learning more about the game of soccer. Players are grouped according to age and/or ability.

This camp will show your kids how fun distance running can be. They will learn about pace, form, warm-up drills, and strength exercises. They will train for 4 of the 5 camp days and then on the last day we will have a 1 mile race where they can show off everything they learned in camp.

This camp is designed to create a fun, team-based experience for sports enthusiasts who may not have the desire, enthusiasm, schedule, etc for a structured team experience during the school year. Each day will teach the basics of 5 sports (basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, kickball) followed by small-sided games, scrimmages, and round-robin games. Bring lunch and create a fun sports community with us!
