Clerk-Treasurer Eric Shreve oversees the financial function of the Village, along with the Finance Committee of the Council. Eric’s position is part time and he does not maintain an office at the Municipal Building, but can be contacted through the Village offices.

Karen Urbanik, Finance Director, is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the Village of Ottawa Hills. This includes all the typical accounting functions including budgeting, cashflow management, payroll and accounts payable.

The Village of Ottawa Hills is in solid financial condition and has an AAA bond rating from Standard and Poor’s, which is very rare for a village in Ohio.
