Zoning Code

Variances

Residents proposing projects that are not in compliance with the zoning ordinance have the option of applying for a variance from the Zoning Commission. The appropriate permit application and related documentation must be submitted, and the request will be placed on a Zoning Commission agenda for review. Prior to the meeting, neighbors within a 200-foot radius of the project will be notified of the request, and offered the opportunity to provide input.
