Sew Fun 101

Rising Grades 4 & Up
July 21-25, 2025
9:00-11:30

This camp will be an introduction on how to operate a sewing machine for grades 5th - 9th. In this camp you will learn the elements of a sewing machine and how to use it. You will also complete machine sewn projects to take home with you!

If you are a more experienced sewer, this camp is for you too! This will be a good review of the basics you may already know. The instructor will work with you to make sure you are challenged on some new projects.

If you have your own machine or access to a machine, please bring it to the first day of camp. It is better to learn and become familiar with your own machine or one that you might use at home. If you don't have one, one will be provided for you to use.

Participants will receive material and supplies to create 3-4 projects, and basic sewing supplies to keep, such as sewing scissors, measuring tape, etc.
