Petite Patisserie Baking Camp

Rising Grades 4 & Up
July 17-21, 2023

Do you have a kid that loves to bake and would like to take their skills to the next level? This is the class for them! This 5 day camp will include hands-on learning and fun while young bakers gain a variety of baking and decorating skills they will be able to use in the future.

Participants will receive a mini decorating set so they can practice at home.

Each day will focus on a different baked good and decorating technique:

Day 1: Cupcakes
Learn to create filled cupcakes and decorate the final creations with fun frosting techniques.

Day 2: Cookies
Mix, roll, cut and bake cutout cookies and decorate using outlining and flooding methods.

Day 3: Cakes
Decorate a cake while learning how to smooth a cake and add seasonal decorations.

Day 4: Cakesicles
Learn how to make cakesicles (cake pop popsicles) which are a fun twist on a traditional cake pop. Once out of the mold, use your creativity to decorate the cakesicles with chocolate mold techniques.

Day 5: Gourmet Breakfast Classics
Learn to make handmade versions of breakfast classics that are usually enjoyed in a packaged version. We will also decorate our teats to elevate them to the gourmet level.

Maybe some of the delicious treats will even make their way home!
