Learn skills to make homemade Sourdough bread, and starter for future loaves of bread. We will also make focaccia bread and top it with your choice of toppings to make a sweet twist on a standard focaccia! Impress your friends and family with delicious, fresh baked bread, and the most beautiful focaccia ever (the perfect addition to any celebration)!
Class includes instruction on bread making, ingredients for one loaf of sourdough bread, sourdough starter, and one loaf of focaccia (including decorative sweet toppings), and a baking tray to carry the bread home and use to bake more loaves in the future!
We will also make a couple butter spreads to use with the sourdough bread!
