Rising Grades 1-6
Mon/Thu June 19, 22, 26, 29
10:00-11:00

Young gardeners will meet in the garden twice a week during this 2 week session and participate in any needed garden tending. They will also have the opportunity to learn about sustainability, healthy ecosystems, beneficial, and harmful insects and will be given herbs and vegetables to take home and prepare in their home.

Harvests will be available as produce is ready.

Composting is also an option for education and sustainable use of the garden waste.

This class will meet rain or shine. If the weather does not allow for outside gardening, the group will move inside to work on other projects.

All materials and supplies will be provided.
