Experience the benefits yoga has to offer through a gentle, soft approach. The class, appropriate for all level of fitness , allows one to flow slowing in and out of yoga poses. A portion of the class will utilize a chair for support, allowing individuals to participate regardless if they can get up and down from the floor. We will learn a chair version of Sun Salutations to warm the body (but likely not sweat), practice balance (with or without the chair as assistance), focus on core strength, flexibility, range of motion and of course relaxation.
Ann Heckler (E-RYT) has taught all levels of yoga for over 20 years. No need to bring anything but a willingness to let go and receive the benefits of yoga.Instructor: Ann Heckler
