Cardio Circuit - Power Hour
Mondays, Apr 22 - May 27 (No class Apr 29 & May 13)
Improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness while maximizing caloric burn in this fun, fast paced hour workout set to energetic music. Start your week off right with a great workout every Monday night. All fitness levels are welcome!
