Cardio Circuit - Power Hour

Improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness while maximizing caloric burn in this fun, fast paced hour workout set to energetic music.  Start your week off right with a great workout every Monday night.  All fitness levels are welcome!

Workouts will vary each week and may include the following:  TRX, kettlebells, dumbbells, BOSU, bodyweight exercises and more!
