Yoga (3 week session)

Do you find it hard to relax?  Do you want to improve your flexibility and strength?  Yoga could be your answer. In this class, take time to learn relaxation, techniques of breathing, and stretching. All levels accommodated. Please bring a water bottle and a mat.
