Cardio Circuit & Tabata Class (6 weeks)

Come and work out with friends!! This class is for anyone over age 15, men or women. This will be an intense, but go at your own pace cardio/toning class. The class will include: cardio, toning, strength traning and core strengthening. It will be different ever week as to keep the body guessing and help anyone getting bored. Please bring a mat and a water bottle.

Instructor: Stephanie Egan - Certified Personal Trainer, Boot camp instructor & TRX instructor. Also OHHS Cross Country Coach
