Turbo Kick & Insanity (6 weeks)

We are offering 2 different classes to encourage you to try something new & experience the fun & empowerment in exercise. Keep your health & fitness goals on track and have a stress outlet!  Classes will alternate each week. Both classes will offer modifications for beginners or full range movements for those more experienced fitness levels.  

INSANITY is a High Intense Interval Training class in which you will always get cardio, bodyweight and endurance training. Do not be intimidated by the name, modifications are offered, this can be for every BODY ! A good sweat is guaranteed!  

Turbokick LIVE class:
Turbokick LIVE combines a high-energy workout with a party like feell. It is a safe, fun, cardiovascular workout that uses kickboxing, boxing and martial arts moves and combines them with high intensity interval training. The moves can be adapted for all ages so no experience is necessary and all levels are welcome. You will leave feeling energized and sweaty!
