Bootcamp w/Kimi

Wednesdays, Wednesdays April 12- May 10

All levels.  Pilates Mat.  We follow the original Joseph Pilates mat sequence and stretching and intertwine modern choreography fusion of abs, balance, barre, etc. This class will create long, lean muscles, improve flexibility and increase core strength.

** Must have at least 5 students
