Village Administrator John Wenzlick began his tenure on January 1, 2020. John Wenzlick has worked for the Village since 1998. He continues to serve as Police Chief as well as Administrator, and is responsible for oversight and day-to-day management of all Village functions. The Administrator is appointed by the Mayor and Council. The Deputy Police Chief, Service Foreman and Finance Director report to the Village Administrator.
The Administrator’s office is open and accessible to all residents and should be considered a starting point for most questions and concerns regarding the Village. When you call the Village at 419.536.1111 during business hours, your call will be answered by a live person. We encourage you to call or stop in. The Village Administrator is also more than willing to meet you at your home to discuss any Village-related issues.
All Village employees are located at the Jean W. Youngen Municipal Building, at 2125 Richards Road.
